Our Manufacturing Process

We pride ourselves on a streamlined and efficient manufacturing process that ensures timely delivery without compromising on quality.

1. Design & Development

Our design and merchandising teams, supported by textile and fashion designers from the UK, France, and India, collaborate closely with clients to create collections that align with their brand identity and customer preferences.

2. Sampling & Prototyping

Once designs are finalized, our skilled technicians develop prototypes to ensure that the designs are feasible and meet quality standards. This stage allows for adjustments and refinements before full-scale production begins.

3. Fabric Sourcing & Preparation

We source high-quality fabrics, including sustainable materials like Organic Cotton, BCI Cotton, Lenzing EcoVero, Oeko-Tex Linen, European Flax, and Recycled Polyester. Our facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery for fabric preparation, ensuring consistency and quality.

4. Cutting & Stitching

Advanced cutting machines and skilled labor ensure precise cutting of fabric pieces. Our stitching units are equipped with modern sewing machines, and our experienced operators ensure that each garment is constructed to perfection.

5. Embroidery & Printing

We offer a range of embellishment techniques, including embroidery and screen printing, to add unique designs to garments. Our facilities are equipped with the latest technology to achieve intricate and vibrant designs.

6. Quality Control

Quality is at the heart of our operations. We implement stringent quality control measures at every stage of production:

Greige Fabric Inspection: 4-point AQL system
Processed Fabric Inspection: 100% checking
Embroidered Garments: 100% checking
In-Line Garment Inspection: 100% checking
Final Garment Inspection: 2.5 AQL system

7. Packaging & Dispatch

Once garments pass quality checks, they are carefully packed to ensure they reach our clients in pristine condition. Our logistics team coordinates timely dispatch to various international destinations.
